The brother of murdered private eye Daniel Morgan has accused police of delaying the independent inquiry into his death.
The inquiry was set up two years ago by Home Secretary Theresa May but the Metropolitan Police only handed over the first batch of documents to the inquiry panel last week.
A spokesman for the inquiry panel told WalesOnline they believe there may be as many as one million pages of documents they need to study in total.
Relatives of Mr Morgan hope the inquiry will uncover the extent of the alleged police corruption they believe has stymied attempts to bring someone to justice for killing of the dad-of-two.
